1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mockra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Credit System & Payments

Mockra operates on a credit-based system.

• One-time Purchase: Credits are purchased as one-time packs and are added to your account balance.
• No Expiry: Credits purchased do not have an expiration date and remain in your account as long as it stays active.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, credits are generally non-refundable once they have been used to generate mockups.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mockra. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mockra.

You retain all rights to any logo or image you upload to the Service. Mockra claims no ownership over the mockups you generate using your own brand assets.

5. User Content

You represent and warrant that you own the rights to any brand assets (logos, images) you upload. You agree not to use the service to create mockups for any illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mockra, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
